Established Spaces offers a variety of home organization services, including all around home organization, unpacking and home set up, decluttering and downsizing, as well as light home staging and styling services. Contact us for any of these or for a custom request!

The first step in working with Established Spaces is to schedule a consultation. During the consultation, we will assess your needs, discuss your goals, and develop a customized plan for organizing your space.

That depends. Most basic projects will take anywhere from 4-12 hours. For larger projects, they can be 25+ hours and require ongoing service. 

Our hourly rate starts at $80, per organizing consultant required for the project.  Each project may vary. For larger packages purchased in advanced, we offer a 10% discount, up to $200 off. This discount cannot be used with other promotions and may only be used once.

We also offer a shopping rate of $50/hour. 

*Please note, 100% of the estimated costs for all products required for a project, will be due in full 2 weeks prior to the start date.

*Payment due at time of service.

*Also, any project longer than 1 day will require a deposit of $200. This will be credited to the invoice after the projects first day.

Yes, Established Spaces offers maintenance services to help clients maintain their newly organized spaces and keep clutter minimal!

Established Spaces takes client privacy and security seriously. We will never share your personal information or details about your home organization project without your consent. We also use secure communication channels and take measures to protect your home and belongings during the organization process.

What else you might need to know:

*We ask for a 48-hour cancellation notice before a project starts. If it is less than 48 hours, the deposit might be forfeited. 

*We love your pets and kids! But for safety reasons, we ask that they not be in the direct area of work. 

*You are absolutely in charge of what stays or goes in your space. I will not remove anything from the project without your consent.

*For safety reasons, the conditions of the space must be free of pests, insects, bodily fluids, etc. If the space is not cleared, the project may be rescheduled for another time.

*Please have all firearms and weapons securely locked away.
